Thoughtseize

My goal going in was to create a proof-of-concept for a narrative mechanic I had been developing.  The idea is that each level takes place inside the mind of a different person.  Treasure and enemy drops are all memories that can be affected by the player.  I plan to one day continue development until I have a working prototype with a full level.


Tomfoolery Adrift

Level created using a Unity 2D Gamekit.  This project taught me the fundamentals of level design, from which I have continued to learn.  I taught myself how to script in Unity so I could change the prebuilt enemy properties so I could create a unique level gimmick.  This was my first time creating an entirely new feature in order to execute on a narrative idea.
